Products are created by hand and not in a large manufacturing facility. All products were first tested by the owner for personal use. Many products have been made for years and used by the owner. As time passed, many close friends and family participated in trying out products before any were made available to the public. No animal testing is ever conducted.

At all in person events payments are accepted in cash, all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Cash App, and Venmo. For online orders payments can be made through the website Stripe Payment processor with all major credit cards, Cash App or PayPal. The option for pay in four through a payment partner is available as well.

Most payments made will process and deduct from your account in 1 business day. Due to holidays and other banking stipulations of your institution, this could take up to two business days to post to your account.

No. At this time our sales are limited to only the United States.

The USPS is used for all shipping. Shipping rates are according to Ground Advantage rates.

Shipping costs are according to weight and dimension of box required to mail your order.

It can take up to 7 days to process and ship orders. Your purchase will have an assigned tracking number and notification via email when the order has shipped from Everett, WA to your location.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the handmade products however, we will gladly replace any item that may have got damaged during shipping. Your damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product you purchased. Please contact our customer service team for additional assistance at csofthree@gmail.com
Crystals and minerals purchased are final sales with no refunds regardless of purchased in person or online.
